Paul deLancellotti is one of the Northwest’s best winemakers and an expert in the field of biodynamic farming.   One hallmark of deLancellotti wines is the commitment to stewardship fo the land. In 2004, they received Biodynamic certification, a complex process involving a commitment to the land and to the cycles of nature.

Just as consumers are becoming more interested in where their food comes from, winemakers are now being asked to explain how where and why their wines are made. Paul fills us in on this fascinating topic.
