They call themselves "SuperHeavy" for obvious reasons SuperHeavy,
the supergroup comprised of Mick
Jagger, Dave Stewart, Joss Stone, Damian Marley and film composer A.R. Rahman, debuted some of their
music for a small group of industry insiders in L-A. According to Billboard, half the album was played and
most of the tracks mixed elements from different cultures including Indian film
music, reggae, blues, soul and electronic beats. Song titles include “Miracle Worker,” the
first single, “Energy,” “One Day One Night” and “You’re Never Gonna
Change.” Joss said that the album is due
out on September 20th and, based on the reaction to it, they’ll
decide what their next step is.
