Glee Give a Note

Music programs across America are struggling to find funding these days and in many cases to even stay alive.

The National Association for Music Education created the Glee Give a Note campaign, in which Fox will donate $1 million to music education programs across America.  Students are encouraged to submit videos in an effort to receive a grant, and can do so, by going to the Give a Note Website at: www.gleegiveanote.com

The kids at Conestoga Middle School in Beaverton are hoping to  keep their music program alive. Consider voting for Conestoga  or one of Oregon’s many schools attempting to fund their choir, music and arts programs.

Here’s the link to see the videos and cast your vote. The top schools receive $10,000 toward music education and the winning school walks away with $50,000 in cash!
