If you’re lucky enough to have an overflowing garden but concerned about not being able to eat all of your bounty, you can donate the excess to hunger relief agencies. Food pantries and soup kitchens need produce that stores and transports well and since refrigerated space is often limited, foods that require no refrigeration are always wanted. So if you have extra produce, consider donating them! To find a hunger relief agency in your area, just click here.
