American Heart Association’s Heart & Stroke Walk

Join us and thousands of walkers from Oregon and SW Washington as they step out to have fun, get inspired, & support a meaningful cause!
Before the walk, enjoy family-friendly and heart-healthy activities, including free Hands Only CPR demonstrations and blood pressure screenings. Plus this year kids 5-12 can join the Kids Heart Challenge, a fun obstacle course that kicks off at 11am!
The money raised through the Heart & Stroke Walk funds research, and initiatives that promote the prevention, treatment and better patient care in the areas of cardiovascular disease, the leading killer in the United States. The American Heart Association is the nation’s largest voluntary health organization dedicated to building healthier lives, free of heart disease and stroke.
