Conversation with Denise Brown

Denise Brown was born in Germany and raised in Southern California. She led a life remarkable only in its normalcy until June 12, 1994 when her sister, Nicole Brown Simpson, was murdered. Brown’s life path was dramatically altered, and she would now tell you that along with her devotion to her son, Sean, she is relentlessly dedicated to raising awareness against domestic violence – a crime that kills four women every day in the United States.  Ms. Brown is personally committed to educating the public as well as to improving the quality of life for women and children who have been victims of domestic violence. In so doing, she demonstrates a selfless determination to banish the darkness and end the silence.
