Master Recycler Class

Eleven years ago when I found myself unemployed, I wasn’t sure where I wanted my next job to be, but I knew I wanted to do some volunteering. I looked around a bit and then found an opportunity that changed my life. I was passionate about recycling and waste reduction, and wanted to do something that matched my interest.  I found the Master Recycler class and immediately signed up. To become a Master Recycler, you go through an 8 week course and then spend 30 hours or more volunteering in the community. It’s a great experience and I learned a lot. The deadline for the January/February course is Thursday.
